Meth Epidemic in America

Ricky has been a Meth user for several years and was severely burned in November of 2004 when the Meth Lab he was operating with a few of his friends blew up and resulted in more than 40% of his body burned. He is still struggling with the pain of the burns and does not go out of the house much. 

Ricky and family members at his parents house where he now lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky. On Sunday morning Ricky (28), passed out and could not be woken up until the next morning. His sisters told us he has been up for several days, which is a usual thing for Meth users. Here his sister Sandy applies a pressure glove on his hand which eases his pain from the burns.
