Artists at "Mohan Arts" studio take a break in front of the hand-painted cut-out they are working on in Chennai, India. The cut-outs, which can be as high as 60 feet, will be placed outside cinemas in Chennai. These larger-than-life advertisements typically cost less to hand-paint than to print. In Southern India, particularly in Chennai and Hyderabad, hand-painted film advertisements like these still outnumber printed ones.
